For this project in Amsterdam Centrum I helped the client to optimise their design, find a contractor and deliver the project on time and budget.

In early phase, I have been supporting the architects (located in Rome) as local consultant and later on I have been actively involved in building phase, closely monitoring the process and managing the local contractor.

For this project in Amsterdam Oost I helped the client with their design, find a contractor and deliver the project on time and budget.

We met the client wish to add an extra floor on top of the existing one; the addition includes one extra bedroom, one bathroom and a sunny terrace.

I have been actively involved in building phase, closely monitoring the process and managing the local contractor. I have helped the client finding cost effective solutions for design and construction phase.

Under Construction 2021

For this project located in Amsterdam Oost I am helping the client with their design and with the construction phase, including contractors selection and tender.

We are working on adding one extra floor to the existing one bedroom apartment, plus two balconies. On the lower floor we are renewing the electric system, bathroom and kitchen.
